Spartacus. Together, five costume designs for the 1960 film Spartacus. Mixed media, including watercolor, gouache, and conté crayon over graphite on board. Each approximately 410x130 mm; 16x5 inches, all on 19 1/2x13-inch boards. Some have notations in graphite at upper right indicating character and scene.

Bill Thomas and Valles won the Oscar for Best Costume Design for their work on the film.
